Can any national apply for the SERBIA yacht registration?

Can I register in the Serbia as a commercial or bareboat charter?

  • The new owner must provide proof of identification, such as a passport or national ID card.
  • The new owner must submit a completed application form for boat registration, along with the bill of sale, to the relevant authorities.
  • The new owner must pay the appropriate fees for boat registration, including taxes and other charges.
  • The boat must pass a safety inspection to ensure that it meets all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Once all of the above steps have been completed, the authorities will issue a new registration certificate to the new owner and update the boat's registration under the new owner's name.

How can I cancel the current SERBIA registration?

To cancel a boat's registration in Serbia, the following steps must be completed:

  • The current owner must submit a written request to the relevant authorities to deregister the boat.
  • The current owner must provide proof of identification, such as a passport or national ID card.
